Overview of service delivery

An individual / persons on behalf of the area or village has to apply for the formation of a team. After receiving the application, the target population is selected through a house survey by the office of the Upazila Rural Development Officer. After that a preparatory meeting was held to form a team and a final meeting was arranged. From this meeting member selection and party management committee was formed. The activities of the formed team are monitored for at least 6 weeks. If the party activities are satisfactory in the context of the application for party recognition, the party recognition is given.

1. Survey form

2. Member Admission Application Form

3. Various registers (civil register, decision book, cash book, share ledger, savings ledger, loan ledger, general ledger)

 

Terms of service

1. Must be a permanent resident of the village

2. The amount of land is not more than 0. 50 -2. Must be 50 percent (including homestead)

3. Must be a working person aged 18-55 years

 

Relevant laws and regulations

According to the policy of each project / program (For example - relatively backward and poverty stricken villages; small and marginal farmers, landless sharecroppers, unemployed youth, widows and divorced women will get priority)
